Promoteurs immobiliers, agence immobilières, marchés noir, les offres abondent sur le marché de l&#8217;immobilier. Mais de l&#8217;avis de plusieurs experts, le prix de l&#8217;immobilier n&#8217;a pas vraiment  baissé malgré la crise. De ce fait, bien que l&#8217;achat d&#8217;un bien immobilier soit une étape importante dans la vie, il n&#8217;est pas toujours facile de connaitre la vraie  valeur d&#8217;un bien pour mieux négocier. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Terminé le temps où les jeunes diplômés gâléraient pour trouver un emploi à la facon traditonnelle. désormais, les entreprises tiennent compte des aspirations des candidats et se montrent de plus en plus innovants en employant de nouvelles stratégies pour approcher  voire même les séduire.  Les pratiques de recrutement utilisées jusqu&#8217;alors ne sont plus les seules à être pertinentes. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Le pacte d&#8217;actionnaire peut avoir un contenu très variable. Il peut se limiter au règlement d&#8217;un point particulier, comme il  peut , dans d&#8217;autre cas, traiter de facon générale l&#8217;organisation du pouvoir au sein de la société. Trois catégories de clauses sont à distinguer à savoir, ceux relatives à la gestion de l&#8217;entreprise tel la clause de désignation et de révocation des dirigeants, des clauses  concernant la composition de l&#8217;actionnariat tel la clause d&#8217;agrément, de préemption et celles relatives à la sortie de l&#8217;actionnaire telles que les clauses de sorties conjointe, prioritaire ou proportionnelle.
